This 69-year-old woman wanted a way to reduce the signs of aging on her face. She had seen the results of a number of men and women who had received a facelift and blepharoplasty procedures in the Baltimore area, and she thought she might be a candidate for a facial rejuvenation procedure.

She visited Columbia Aesthetic Plastic Surgery to speak with Dr. Chang about her options for rejuvenating her appearance. During her consultation, Dr. Chang analyzed her facial features and explained which procedures would provide effective and long-lasting results. Together, they decided on a facelift and lower-lid eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty). The combination of these procedures helps achieve tighter skin without the patient’s face looking pulled or unnatural.

After recovering, this woman came back to our practice to have pictures taken and to share how thrilled she was with her facial plastic surgery. Her eyelid surgery helped reduce the “tired” look many patients complain of, while her facelift lifted the skin on her face for a smoother appearance.
